DataSmart CRM was started by two individuals who were looking for a CRM product and could not find one that fit their needs. They designed DataSmart around their particular needs but over the years, as we have added more and more customers, it has become a universal CRM product that is flexible enough to fit any business.

We launched DataSmart CRM on September 21, 2009 when we rolled out our 1.0 product to our first customer. Already we are finishing up work on version 8.0. Every new version has added thousands of new lines of code and tons of new features. Our customers have been an integral part of our success and their voices have definitely shaped our product. We look forward to every new customer as a chance to serve them and learn something back in return.
